Our Commitments
Child Labour
It is our commitment that child workers who have completed the age of 14 but have not yet completed the age of 15 will not be tasked with hard labour or work which is not suitable for their mental, physical, moral and social development and which does not prevent them from continuing their formal education, vocational education or participation in the education program approved by the competent authorities and benefiting from such activities and which prevents any harmful effects on their safety in accordance with the Regulation on Rules and Procedures regarding Child and Youth Labour.
Youth Labour
It is our commitment that youth workers who have completed the age of 15 but are below the age of 18 shall be employed in accordance with the Regulation on Rules and Procedures regarding Child and Youth Labour in such manner that it will not prevent their school attendance and performance, in jobs that will not prevent them from participating in vocational training recognised by the competent authorities taking into account the safety, health, physical, mental, moral and psychosocial development, personal predisposition and abilities, by ensuring that young workers are protected against any risk that may endanger their development, health and safety due to their lack of experience, lack of knowledge about existing or possible risks or their not being fully developed.
Employee Awareness
With the belief that the basis of social compliance is based on conscious employees, the company undertakes to increase the awareness of its employees by informing them about their employee rights, company rules and working conditions at various intervals during their employment.
Working Hours
The company undertakes to comply with laws and regulations enforced, in regard to working hours and overtime to ensure efficient work and out of respect for human rights.
Rates and Renumeration
Based on the principle that employees may be able to maintain their livelihood, based on the minimum wage, the company undertakes that any wages paid are not below the minimum wage, and renumerate for any overtime hours worked as stipulated by law.
On the basis that all employees have equal rights; the company undertakes not to discriminate in recruitment, compensation, access to education, promotion or termination of employment based on race, social class, religion, ethnic origin, gender or political affiliation.
Prevention of Abuse and Harassment
The company undertakes to ensure that there is no verbal, physical, psychological harassment or oppression, in order to ensure the peace of the work environment and the happiness of the employees.
Forced and Compulsory Labour
The company undertakes that no person shall be forced to work bound by contract or debt and that persons shall volunteer to work.
Occupational Health and Safety
The company considers the human as the most valuable asset in all its activities, and thus creates a safer and healthier working environment to minimise any loss that may occur, organising training in order to ensure that all employees are aware of their individual responsibilities, to create a work environment in which all employees can work in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety policy, to raise awareness of employees about the work in this regard, to identify the risks related to occupational health and safety hazards that may arise from the activities of our organisation and to keep these risks under control by reducing them to acceptable levels.
Environment
The company is committed to raising awareness of its employees as a primary focus in order to successfully implement all types of environment related practices, to minimise the environmental pollution and to protect the environment by ensuring effective waste management to reduce waste generated in connection with production and services.
Training
The education level of the employees determines the general level of the company. With this in mind, the company undertakes to increase the awareness of employees on occupational health and safety, to organise in-house or external training to support employees’ professional and personal development, and by this means, to ensure the continuous development of the company by training of employees.
