The data controller Teks Team Gıda Nak. Temizlik San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (TEKS TEAM) collects and processes personal and specific personal data obtained from persons during an application for employment with documents, records and form which that is stated within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) No. 6698 and other relevant legislation, takes necessary administrative and technical measures for storage and deletes and destroys the file or anonymises the content when the reasons for processing no longer exist. Within the scope of KVKK No. 6698, your personal and specific personal data obtained from physical/electronic curriculum vitae and/or physical/electronic job application forms for the process of the application and recruitment of the employee candidate, planning the human resources processes, managing the communication processes, confirming the data shared by the referenced persons by means of communication. Your personal data are transferred to service providers who perform outsourced services (such as Profile analysis, Competency analysis, Personality testing, Training analysis, etc.) in the Human Resources processes. Your personal data, provided that it is directly related to the drawing up or execution of a contract, will necessarily be processed for all parties of concern for the contract and it is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation by collecting and recording physical/electronic curriculum vitae and/or physical/electronic forms and declared and/or submitted documents by non-automatic method.

You can find out the rights of the subject person specified in Article 11 of the KVKK and may submit your requests in this context with the Data Owner Rights and Application Form on our website www.teksteam.com by filling the relevant person application form.
